Tasted by petitblanc. Beautiful, deep ruby color. Nose of burnt sugar, date, prune, licorice and dark cherry. Similar palate, with pleasant heat, minimal tannin, and a funky soy note that blew off quickly. A wine of excellent depth and balance, just a bit short on the finish. Lovely, and could get better.
